Nightly coughing attacks

So guys, recently I've been waking up throughout the night coughing! Like I'll have to sit up and cough for about 5 minutes and I feel some acid in the back of my throat. I'll cough so hard that I can't breathe. I'm 37+3 right now and I've got a doctors appointment tomorrow, should I mention it to her or is it just a normal pregnancy thing? The latest I eat is before 7pm, so I know my food has time to digest by the time I'm in bed, which is 10pm.
