Kidney infection and sex?

I currently have a very severe kidney infection, I have a 103 fever, headaches muscle pains and I'm heavily medicated. After being with my boyfriend for a year we are still in the "honeymoon" faze. We cannot keep our hands off of eachother, but with all the pain and medication my sex drive is very low, but I LOVE pleasing my boyfriend and he feels the same way when it comes to pleasing me. We work around work schedules to see eachother. I'm seeing him in about 2 days and I will most likely still be sick. (He's fine with not doing anything) but I want to, any suggestions for how to make my life easier?? Or not as painful cause penetration most likely would be.
