Need some advice... PLEASE!

Ok ladies. I took my first round of Clomid 50mg this month. I used opk's and possibly had 2 surges 2 days apart, 3/1 and 3/3! But I am about 5dpo today. And I have been cramping SO bad!! Like its this 1st day of my period bad!! And I have had dull cramps since 1dpo! Is that normal?? Is it a good sign?? Has anyone else had this?? I have a dr appt in 3 days. I just want some answers!! Thanks in advance! 😘
