Rash, baby acne, eczema?

My LO has red bumps all over her face which we thought at first to be baby acne but it's since spread to her scalp and on her neck. I've put some breastmilk on it hoping that will help it go away. Any idea of what this is?

my 4mo old has baby eczema according to the doctor  and it always starts off looking bump like that. I use cetaphil baby lotion 2-3 times a day and only bath with cetaphil baby soap every other day. I only just use my hand, no one wash clothes and then organic cotton towels to dry him. She says best thing you can do is moisturizer often and no perfume soaps and mineral oil free

Looks like a "newborn rash". I put breastmilk on my daughters and it cleared up the next day.

My LO just got the same thing at around 5 weeks old. Did you figure out what it is? Anything help it?

It looks like eczema my baby had the same thing, I used this Aveeno eczema treatment for it and cortizone 10  cleared up the next day

Awwwww poor baby. When my daughter was born, she had the same bumps but cleared up & a few months later she got eczema. My daughter is 18 months old & eczema is one of her big issues for her right now. I hope your baby gets well soon.

My baby had the same looking rash - my dr called it "newborn rash" at her 1 month visit. "It's normal and will clear on its own" is what he told me. LMK if u find out anything different
