Contractions

So I've been having extremely painful upper stomach pain basically all day , I went to the ER last week because of the same thing , was told I was having early contractions (I'm 29 weeks) I was tested for preterm labor but the results came back negative, then they checked my cervix everything looked fine. They prescribed pills (forgot the name) to help stop the contractions I was told to take them every 6 hours & to drink lots of water which I've been doing but it's not helping , baby is still quite active so should I get up & go to the ER or what are some suggestions that I can do to help stop the pain ?
