Help... I need advice

This has nothing to do with the app I just need some advice or information.... My husband and I we've been arguing lately today he got aggressive and he took my 16 month old daughter I told him that I wanted to see my daughter after work or else I was going to call the cops and said what he did to me(he took my phone and threw it at the wall) so I went to work and stuff like a normal day he was texting me about his sister that was in the emergency room having a surgery so when I asked him... How was my daughter and that if he wanted me to call my parents to pick my daughter up from the hospital so he could stay with his sister he told me "no I'm sorry I can't talk to you anymore I put a emergency protection order against you, you can't see our daughter" I was in shock I started crying, long story short I can't see my daughter for a week... What can I do? Is there any way I can appeal? I need to see my daughter I feel like I'm dying and on top of that I'm 24 weeks pregnant
