Ovulation while breastfeeding

Hello all! I am having trouble using this app properly because there is no option for breastfeeding... Most women do not start their period while nursing for quite a while. My little one is almost 5 months and still no period (which is great) I'm pretty sure I am ovulating (you can ovulate with no period) I only say that because I am breaking out, feeling bloated, and discharge is changing.. Everyday the app has a new prediction for when my period Wil start. Help. What is your experience with this?
