Help anyone

My baby girl is 11 days old i have been giving her nothing but breastmilk (with bottle) she would not latch on...i was producing about 6 oz everytime i pump but yesterday n today i notice im only getting at the most 3oz so that half..she really is not likeing the formula..so my question is do any of u moms know what i can do to keep my milk to start up again....i never really breastfed any of my other girls...thanks in advance
