Help!

I've been seeing this new and it's nothing serious. I recently got out of a six year relationship and have had kind of a sexual reawakening I guess you could say. So this new guy and I had a threesome yesterday, with another man, and today me and him had sex again. The problem is now I'm bleeding a little down there and it hurts in my lower belly. Could this be from too much sex after such a dry spell? And yes I'm on the pill and we used condoms.
