Tragus piercing problems!

I got my tragus pierced about a month ago and have had no problems with it up till now. It's got a large red (bloody) bump on which I know is pretty common but I have no idea what the yellow is, I regularly clean my piercing (2 times a day) and my helix which I had done the same day is fine. Any suggestions??
