Af late- no symptoms

Okay my period is 6 days late and during my tww I had a lot of symptoms like bad cramps the day before AF but then nothing came, twinges, fatigue, and dark veins on my breasts as well as the rest of my body.. But ever since I missed my period the symptoms have kind of subsided and now I only get a cramp or a twinge every once in a while. I tested during my tww and got a negative and I'm too scared to test and see a negative again... Any have the same thing happen to them??
