Nipple Pimple?

This is super embarrassing but I have pimples on my nipples. I have acne, but this is different and weird. Should I be concerned?  Do other people have this?  I feel like ever since I've had breasts they've been there. They just make me feel uncomfortable and weird. Not that anybody can see them or anything. Is this normal?

They are called lymphnoids I believe

It's normal, well I think lol but they go away quick but I have also heard that your not suppose to mess with them.

I have them too. They will come and go. I promise and that my husband doesn't even notice them. Which makes me feel better bc it doesn't really matter. ?
