Is anyone else at about 12 weeks??

Question

This pregnancy has been way different than my first one, no morning sickness, just tender breasts, but now I don't feel that anymore. Going to be 12 weeks tomorrow, and I never had any spotting or signs of miscarriage. I'm kinda scared that I'm not growing a baby because I am not feeling any symptoms): is this normal??

Same thing here. I had sore breast, nausea, and my belly got hard everytime I ate. Tomorrow I'll be 12 weeks, but it seems like I don't feel anything anymore. I hope my baby is still growing. I'll be going to the doctor next week, so hopefully everything will be okay. I hope everything turns out good for you too and maybe we just have very calm babies.

I just had my very first ultrasound today and I am 11 weeks and 4 days baby is really fine saw him/she moving like crazy, heart rate is good too. I don't have any symptoms except from being so tired and sleepy all the time I was worried too but today I confirmed that I am right on track and baby is growing healthy aswell.

I am 11 weeks going to 12. I never have morning sickness. I saw a little spotting two times, it was not obviously at. It was when I wiped I saw something pinkish. I check my little one yesterday, he was fine.

I'm 12 weeks tomorrow also! My first pregnancy I had literally no symptoms at all if it weren't for the missed periods I wouldn't have even known about being pregnant. This pregnancy my symptoms have been mild but different . I like you have had no morning sickness however I constantly feel nauseous, my breasts are very hard, sore and tender also extremely itchy and have been throughout, forever tired and achy and all around miserable tbh because of how rubbish I feel. I honestly wouldn't worry at all about having no symptoms, my first pregnancy was amazing because of having nothing and I didn't even feel pregnant until about the 7th month! So just look at it as a positive! I'm sure everything is absolutely fine. Around 12 weeks anyway  I believe the placenta starts taking over so again that could also be a reason as to why you're not feeling anything now xx

I'm 13 weeks and I've had no morning sickness. Just had sore breasts and tired. Now I've been getting heartburn everyday and the pimples are finally clearing up on my chest. Found out through bloodwork I'm having a boy.

Thank goodness for this thread! I have no symptoms except that I have no period and I could nap all day... I am high risk so I've totally been freaking out but I've had two ultrasounds, one at 6weeks and one at 9 weeks with a hb of 178!! I go in at 13 weeks but until then, I'm hoping baby is doing good in there
