glow tracker vs drugstore ovulation tracker?

Hi all,
​My ovulation tracker results showing my increase in LH levels are over a week different from what the glow period tracker is telling me to expect in terms of peak fertility dates. I am new to all of this - any guidance on why this is the case?

Answer

Glow uses an algorithm to predict when you should be ovulating based on your history. If you are using an  ovulation test that is probably more accurate ad it treats hormone levels in your blood. Just input the data from that into flow and it should sync up eventually
