Insomnia after baby.
I am on Zoloft for PPA
I was having trouble falling asleep starting 6w PP while my baby zzzzzz thru the night then the Zoloft fixed it but now starting 2w ago I wake over and over while baby sleeps soundly. I sleep in a separate room from hubby and baby with ear plugs. That alone sux but now sleeping 3-4-5 hours sucks so bad. And TRUST me I have tried everything
Teas, vitamins, melatonin a routine with bath reading dim lights
I fall asleep but wake wake wake
Any one else,?
