I dont know what to do:(

Me and my husband has a son together and I'm also 5 weeks pregnant. The last two arguments we've had he's hit me :( I tried fighting back but that doesn't work I love him and I hate that we fight like this. He pulled my hair as hard as he can and punched me in my face ( it left a small mark) he's started calling me fat and everything I just don't know what to do anymore.
