There is a difference between herpes and HPV type with warts.

I have HPV and CIN 3 cervical dysplasia and I'm having a perfectly normal pregnancy with a perfectly healthy baby and I'm expecting a normal vaginal delivery.

There's nothing different about pregnancies with moms who have HPV. Herpes is different and that should be discussed with your doctor.
