Tmi but is this normal

I had a c section on March 2nd. I've been bleeding since then, of course. What bothers me is that it bled heavy for a few days and then got light. Now, I'm showing globs of blood. I'm not soaking more than 2 pads an hour. This was the most I've had of globs. I change my pad every 3 hours it seems. Any other mamas? I've called the hospital and they said it may be normal but I'm still wanting to see if others had this.
