Hypnobabies Mommas?
Have any of you ladies gone through Hypnobaby classes? If so what was your experience? Was it helpful in your birth?
I tried to have my 1st baby natural 4 years ago but I was unprepared and became very anxious and couldn't calm down when my contractions became stronger so I panicked and had an epidural.
I want to have this baby unmedicated so I'm exploring which avenue to take.
