Nightmare

I had a bad dream last night where I lost one of my twins and the doctor gave me an urn with his ashes. Wth? I had a doctor apt today and was hoping for another ultrasound but I didn't get one, now I'm freaking out. I hate all this worry attached to being pregnant with twins!
