Military boyfriend
So I've been with my boyfriend for 3 and a half years. We have discussed our plans for after high school a lot, at least I thought. I know he wanted to join the military at some point but he said college would come first.
But according to this morning, my boyfriend is starting to take steps into the Army tomorrow. I am VERY proud of him. Don't get me wrong. I'm just terrified and nervous about being alone. I'm not sure how to deal with it, because I do not want him to leave. He did not include me in this decision like he said he would. He just told me this morning that he is going to start getting into it.
How do I deal with this? Does it ever feel easier thinking about your SO going away for a while?
