Boyfriend probs

My boyfriend and I got in a fight this morning around 12. We talked for an hour about the situation and latley we have been talking/arguing a lot. This time he said a lot of things like "Maybe we should be with other people while we're dating. (Like have a one night stand) or be able to flirt with others and whatever else. I got mad and super sad then hung up, which I've never done to him before. We have been dating almost 10 months now & always talk about our future. Then this kind of stuff happens.... Oh I forgot to tell you we're also a ldr couple. Its the first time we haven't talked in 10 1/2hrs!

He hasn't tried to get ahold of me or anything we just haven't talked all day. He doesn't trust me at all and he thinks I'm talking to guys so that's why we're fighting. What would you do??
