Do you hold your stomach in still?

I'll be 19 weeks on sunday, and I realized today that I still hold my stomach in. Not to the point of not breathing or anything! But I was in gymnastics for 6 years when I was younger and we were taught to always hold our stomachs in so I guess it's just a habit now! I doubt it hurts the baby at all to hold my stomach in, but my bump is A LOT bigger when I relax my stomach! I'm still semi self-conscious about my stomach getting bigger and I think that's partially why I'm holding it in!

Use to have that habit bad. But now 19 weeks and its painful and uncomfortable to hold it in

I have been noticing lately that I will catch myself doing it. I was a cheerleader and so always did it and now as an adult I don't even think about it. I will try and catch myself and stop myself through out the day but no harm to the baby!

Its subconscious...uncomfortable too. But this is the only time you don't have to worry bout a big tummy so enjoy letting loose.

I've always done it and still do without thinking twice, but when I notice that I'm doing it, I'll relax and it actually feels so much better and more comfortable.... Yet I keep doing it subconsciously.
