Anyone with any good freezable recipes?

So I go on maternity leave mid April and I'm trying to come up with as many freezable home cooked meals as possible before then for a mass cooking session. Any suggestions at all gratefully received!

I posted on this too. I found a lot of casserole recipes on Pinterest. In going to make the recipes and divide them into to 8x8 pans. That way I can make 7 or 8 recipes and alternate them. Chili is quick and easy to freeze too. I'm also stocking up on frozen burgers so we can easily get out by the pool to grill out. I'm making making breakfast Omelets in muffin pan to freeze. They are quick and easy to individually pop in microwave. I'm getting frozen chicken nuggets for my 2 year old two for quick dinners.    Just some ideas. I made a grocery list of all the ingredients so I can buy it all at once and take a couple days of baking and freezing. I just hope I get my nesting energy to do it😜

I make big pots of healthy/vegetarian chili. Healthy-ish burritos for my husband. Chicken soups. Enchiladas.
