Ladies i know sometimes our days become hectic and we forget to đrink water, but please don't!

At 21 weeks yesterday i was going all day and neglected to drink enough water, by 7pm i was in the fetal position in my shower in pain with contractions 2 mins apart. I went to the ER and they gave me 2 bags of IV fluids and painkillers.

Today I went to my primary care OB and she said if i don't at least drink 2 liters of water a day my son will come early and at this stage not make it.

I wanted to share this with you guys to make you aware.
