Wrong for 30?

Me and my boyfriend got in a huge argument the other night were he called me outta my name etc.. Don't wanna get into detail but than the next day he said he wasn't going to apologize but he wants to try and make this work I still can't forgive him for saying all the stuff he said it was hurtful and I need a couple days.  He asked me to borrow 30 dollars to take HIS kids to chuck e cheese and I said no because he hurt me and now he has the nerve to ask me for something do you think I'm wrong ? And he got mad again and called me stupid maybe if he didn't say all that I would've changed my mind but he still wanna act mean just cause I said no
