I was told not to use a hot tub while pregnant due to the extreme heat could kill or cause brain damage to the fetus. Soak your feet/ foot but check with your doctor before you go into the hot tub.

Take a hot bath instead. Still feels good but the water cools so your body temp doesn't go to high. That's the problem with jot tubs, they keep their heat and since it's a higher temp it makes it too easy for you to overheat.

My doctor advised me not to get in a hot tub. It's not good for your body's temp to rise that high

You shouldn't soak in water over 100 degrees. Heating your core temp too high can cause the baby to have brain damage or cause a miscarriage. I'm scared to even soak in a bath at this point lol
