Update from earlier bleeding

I went in to labor and delivery since when I woke up I had heavy bleeding and didn't quite feel my son move. I turned 32 weeks pregnant today. I had woken up around 3am to pee and when I did go I peed very little and when I whiped on the toilet paper there was a mucus discharge but I was so tired I paid no attention. Fast forward 7 hours later at 10:23am I was bleeding and it was spotting it was legit blood then I panicked I started feeling nauseous along with cramps. After going to the hospital and being checked the doctor said I was 1cm dilated but my cervix was closed so I was showing no signs of preterm labor and that at times there's no reason for the bleeding. She said my son was fine they ran some tests and everything looked normal.
