Braxton hicks

Hi for my first one i didn't had any braxton hicks and i could barely feel the baby move. Now i'm 20w pregnant with my second and oh boy he is moving almost all the time.

When i went for my sonogram they told me i just had a contraction but it was normal that was last week. This week i had some bellly pain not long but every now and then is that braxton hicks and is it normal that early? What is your experience with them ?
