Miscarriage

So I started spotting today (6 weeks, 1 day). I had an appt already scheduled (they thought it was further along - but my periods had been irregular). They did a scan and we saw the baby and heard the heartbeat. The heart beat was a little low (98 - Dr would have liked it to be 100 or higher). Anyone have similar experiences? Did you go on to have a healthy pregnancy or did you miscarry?
