No appitite

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 7w4d and I really haven't had an appetite for the past two days. All I can really eat is apple sauce and broccoli, if I try to eat ANYTHING else I get very sick but I don't vomit. Should I go to the ER to see if anything is wrong?
