Pleurisy & Bronchitis at 24 weeks

So my son got this bad cough and fever on Tuesday and I have followed suit. Yesterday I was having so much pain under my ribs and in my back so I went in to ER they did XRay and came back with pleurisy and brochitis. Started me on azithromicin and prednisone. So ready to be over this! Anyone else been thru something similar? For my son, his doctor just put him on albuterol and said his ear looked a little red and if fever doesn't break this weekend to start antibiotics.
