I think it's always good to save money cus you never know what could happen. We saved and bought along the way. I wish we would've saved more cus our son ended up in NICU for a week and after I was discharged I couldn't stand to be so far away from him so we got a hotel that was so damn expensive for a week we had to borrow money from his mom. I hate to have to borrow money even tho it was for a good reason but it could've been avoided had we saved more.?
