Accessory Placental Lobe

Hello! Does anyone else have an accessory placental lobe or succenturiate lobe? My doctor said it wasn't concerning and only noted it because she needs to make sure it's removed at birth due to hemorging issues if left behind. In researching, I found it could mean there are abnormal vessels in the placenta. I would assume they would see any abnormalities in the ultrasound but I don't know. I will ask my doctor for clarification but curious if anyone else has experience with it. Thank you!!
