Advice please... :(

I keep catching my man watching porn. I love him and would never leave him but I am almost 18 weeks pregnant and I give him anything he wants whenever he wants it. I caught him with it 3 months ago...when I first found out I was pregnant and then I caught him yesterday. It hurts me. I just don't have any better way to say it. I am a woman that suffers from ptsd from rape from 8 months ago... I feel like my man has no respect for me carrying his baby and dojng anything he asks deed wise.
