I hate people touching my belly!

I understand the excitement of a new baby, however I am a person who doesn't like to be touched.  Often people touch my belly (my family) which whom I'm close to, it bothers me but I try to be polite. Today my mother in law kissed my belly and it made me totally uncomfortable and gross! I told her that and it upset her! I allowed the belly rubs which is already awkward but the kissing is just too much.
