Probably sodium retention avoid adding extra salt and processed prepackaged food. It's loaded with sodium  and nitrates. Drink a ton of water to flush your system

Drink lots of water and watch how much salt you're eating. Also, mention it to your doctor during your next visit. Have them check your blood pressure and ask about protein in your urine.

I'm only 9 weeks as well & my feet started swelling at 4 weeks!!! It was so bad that my coworkers & family members noticed my feet popping out of my shoes 😩 I'm a hair stylist so my Dr suggested wearing comfortable sport shoes, drinking plentyyyyy of water & watching my sodium intake! My feet haven't swelled up since!

I think everyone is different so it is hard to say. I just remembered that my wife had a really bad case of swollen feet, worse than yours, during early part of her pregnancy
