Need help

Okay I haven't had my period and I'm scared I took 3 pregnancy test and don't know what to do last time I seen a doctor he told me my hormones was low so he put me on birth control lately my stomach been cramping back hurts and side I did home mad pregnancy test with bleach it fizzed out of control so that mention I was pregnant I took the pregnancy test they say negative what am I too do went to emergency room they took one on me said I wasn't pregnant I'm so confused please help
