I suffer from terrible migraines and they make it very unbearable to do anything. They make me nauseous, dizzy, and weak. Basically it just messes with my entire body.

They haven't been serious enough to where I've had to go to the hospital. But I would like to learn how to deal with them the best I can so that I can continue to go on with my daily life.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I also don't like to rely on meds too much for personal reasons.
