3rd time & I'm out 😪

It was just confirmed via u/s today that I am having my 3rd m/c in 12 months. This time I have no spotting or cramping but the sac was empty so they are giving me medicine to force the miscarriage. I guess I kind of expected it this time since I lost the last 2 so I'm just numb & feeling so defeated. I'm so fortunate to have 2 healthy girls but I guess turning 40 this year means my maternal age has reached its limit. My eggs aren't healthy enough & I have to find a way to come to terms that my 3rd baby will probably never be. 😔 Hoping to find peace & acceptance to pick up the pieces & move on.
