First time ivf

Hello ladies! After only a few months TTC my husband and I got tested and turns out his sperm is slightly below in all categories(count,motility,shape). Dr said it is a moderate issue,not severe. We decided to go ahead with IVF. Any advice would be helpful as we start next month. How is the process? Painful? Emotional? How long does it take etc? Success stories welcome!
