Bleeding no clots or pains

Hi everyone im apparently 8 weeks pregnant, i had a little bit of foreplay on tues (tmi) i know. My partner noticed blood on the bed which was bright red went to the toilet and blood just flew out of me. No pains or clots 😕 went straight to the doctors and they done an internal and said they seen a pregnancy tissue which i dont know what that is. Ive to go back on friday for a scan but ive no bleeding nomore it stopped within 10 mins. Need help dont know if i had the misscarriage and all or if my baby will be okay? Anyone any suggestions
