Who else is experiencing bad heart burn 🔥❤️

Lately I've been watching what I eat because I get really bad heart burn it suck yesterday was my birthday so I decided to pig out lol and I couldn't handle the heartburn at night   I'm really not enjoying the last month of my pregnancy 😿😿😷😥

Me!!! I have bad heartburn especially at night, just get my head down and it starts and it's constant 😣 my midwife said heartburn is safe during pregnancy and does work but tastes horrible and had the texture of liquidy  chalk 😷 I have it at night before bed. I really hope little lady has alot of hair for the heartburn I'm getting 😁

Yes it's excruciating. I've tried, eating healthy, still get it eat, not eating at all, still get it, eating smaller portions, still get it. Drinking lots of milk, eating yogurts, still get it. Nothing works. I'm at a loss. 😭😭😭😭

Yes ugh. And it gets WORSE at night and during the third trimester. I don't even eat anything and I get heartburn. I can burp and then instantly heartburn 😭😭

I have been snacking rather than eating full meals so I'm eating all day but heart burn has been reduced. I also eat a lot of pickles because that helps to relieve heart burn.

I don't even have to eat nothing & I get heartburn. But it seems to be really bad when I lay down getting ready for bed. I always take a Zantec before I eat so that way I won't get heartburn later.
