No it's not how it's suppose to be, I've gotten the 22 week alert for 2 weeks in a row and I'm 23 weeks. Maybe they'll fix it this coming week :)

I think it just means you have completed that week.. Like you have just started your 23rd week but really have only  completed a full 22 weeks.. If that makes sense lol
