8 weeks and bleeding

When I wake up & wipe I get light pink blood it's only happened 3 times this week. I don't bleed all day just when I wipe first thing in the morning . No pain . Should I be worried ? Been to the er Sunday and they said everything was fine but can't get a doctor appointment till next week
