Spotting or period ?

Ok so I got a BFP this morning but later tonight I wiped and saw blood sorry for the gross picture just advise every time I wipe seems to be abit more and it feels like there's a bubble upside of me witch wants t burst. No pain or anything tho

I'd call the doc my sister spotted  more and more and she had a Mc; (; ( but just to check cuz it could also be IB to if you just got a bfp
