7DPO question

I am 7DPO AF is due the 29th. I have been having an ach on my left side and it feels like AF is going to start I go to the restroom to check and nothing I know it's way too early for AF but it feels weird, a little nausea but no other symptoms,  would love your thoughts ladies, the TWW is killing me and I'm trying to hold off cause last cycle I stressed myself out for a BFN.
