Read a lot on this topic.... What are your opinions on drinking non-alcoholic beer, even thought it does have teensy bit.

100% totally fine. The scientific literature suggests that up to 1 standard drink of alcohol per day in the 2nd and 3rd trimester has no detectable effect on babies (have you read Expecting Better?), and a non-alcoholic beer is 1/10 of 1 standard drink. I've had a glass of wine every now and again and feel just a tiny bit guilty. I drink O'Douls regularly and feel no guilt whatsoever. Except, IMO, Buckler brand tastes better! 😊

I drank 1 or 2 every night my last pregnancy while we were on vacation. The amount of alcohol it has is extremely small if you drank a 6 pack you wouldn't even have a small buzz. My baby came out and is perfectly fine.  My sister in law was a borderline alcoholic and when she was pregnant with all 3 of her kids she would down a 6 pack on the weekend just so she could "feel" like she was drinking. Her kids are perfect and extremely intelligent. I wouldn't drink that much cause personally it would make me sick but....

Some women don't even use mouthwash with alcohol in it.. I do.. but I don't drink the beer. . Really it's a personal choice
