Twitching ovary????

I'm on cycle day 13, and all day today I've been having this strange feeling in my lower left abdomin where I believe my ovary is.

It happens randomly about every hour or so and sometimes back to back for a few seconds, almost like a twitch or a muscle spasm.

it kind of feels like a quick poke of a needle or something. Thats the best way i can describe it. It doesn't hurt, it's just a weird little "poking" sensation lol

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?
