Social media and TTC after miscarriage

Anyone else get really upset when acquaintances on Facebook post baby announcements since having a miscarriage? This is our 1st month TTC after our miscarriage on 1/4. I am seeing other post October baby announcement and I feel they haven't even reached 12 wks yet and I get really down on myself. My husband and I did not share with friends we were pregnant and only close friends and family now know about the miscarriage which happened at 9 weeks. Anyone have any advice on how to decrease emotional negative responses besides staying away from social media?? I am for people regardless of close friend or acquaintance but still I don't know why it makes me so angry.
